A few days ago Catrin asked me about allergies. Catrin is a participant of one of my Women’s Breathing Hub and has also become one of my Essential Breathing Trainers. She suffers from allergies during spring and has often chosen medication to sooth it.

But this year she wanted to do differently, because medication makes her feel exhausted, sleepy and with a weird feeling in the head. So she asked me how to reduce the effect of pollen on her nose and eyes without taking medication.

I shared with her some of the things I do to reduce the sneezing, the blocked nose and the tiers. Here is the video with the details.
