Through a combination of breathwork, coaching and stress management tools, couples will embark on a transformative journey that integrates the wisdom of Rakel and Alan. Participants will learn techniques to manage stress, deepen their connection, and cultivate emotional well-being.

The "Breathe Together" workshop is ideal for couples who are seeking to...

  • Build a healthy foundation or strengthen their relationship.
  • Manage stress and challenges more effectively.
  • Enhance communication and emotional connection.
  • Build resilience and emotional well-being together.
  • Become more present parents.

Stress is contagious. When our partners are stressed, we become stressed. When we have ways of understanding how stress works in a relationship, and how to turn it into a bonding moment, then we turn stress into an ally and the relationship becomes more resilient. There are tools for that, and it requires practice.
