Wonderful that you decided to give this step that will bring so much benefit to your mental, physical and emotional health.

I suggest that you download the 7-minute Pranayama Meditation audio and that you place it in your mp3 player. When practiced regularly this meditation can do wonders.

This technique must be practiced laying down, and especially not while driving or while doing any other activity. Also not when pregnant.
