The breath is the tool I have found
that better kick starts that inner growth.
How do I use the breath?
I use breathing in three levels:
- As a tool to regulate your biology. To keep stress levels on track and keep the body in homeostasis (recovery mode) for long periods of the day, and for a restful night. And to balance the hormonal system that impacts our moods and levels of energy.
- For emotional regulation. To balance emotional energy and process it so it can become the fuel for your next creations.
- For mind balance and increase levels of consciousness. When our mind is in survival we see enemies, when it’s in creative mode we see co-creators. Going from victim to creator can make the whole difference in your life.
