Through a combination of breathwork, coaching and stress management tools, couples will embark on a transformative journey that integrates the wisdom of Rakel and Alan. Participants will learn techniques to manage stress, deepen their connection, and cultivate emotional well-being.

The "Breathe Together" workshop is ideal for couples who are seeking to...

  • Build a healthy foundation or strengthen their relationship.
  • Manage stress and challenges more effectively.
  • Enhance communication and emotional connection.
  • Build resilience and emotional well-being together.
  • Become more present parents.

Stress is contagious. When our partners are stressed, we become stressed. When we have ways of understanding how stress works in a relationship, and how to turn it into a bonding moment, then we turn stress into an ally and the relationship becomes more resilient. There are tools for that, and it requires practice.

In this 6-hour immersion:

  • We will go through differences between female and male hormonal system and how that affects stress levels.
  • We will teach you how to measure your respiratory rate and rhythm, which are the main indicators of stress levels, longevity and prediction of diseases, so you can improve it. It will have a direct impact in your nervous system and in your relationship.
  • We will share specific breathing techniques to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress levels and promote inner calm in your daily life with your partner.
  • We will practice a special breathing exercise to transform your emotions that you can use in your daily life or in times of emotional turmoil, especially in winter.
  • We will use our breath to set our intention on one new habit that we want to include in the relationship to increase resilience and good communication.
  • We will play and sing and dance and have fun.
